I've spent over 15 years working with data — starting in contact center analytics, moving through database administration, business intelligence, and cloud infrastructure, and eventually managing product, marketing, and technology for an e-commerce company. That breadth of experience taught me that the best data strategies connect technology to real business outcomes.
